Field-based | Fixed-term contract

Join Manor Farm’s Live Operations team and help our broiler and free-range farmers deliver strong flock performance, excellent bird welfare and high compliance standards. This is a field-based, fixed-term contract with regular travel between farms and the office.

Reporting to the Broiler Supply Manager, you’ll build trusted relationships with farmers, provide practical technical advice and use performance data to drive continuous improvement.

What you’ll be doing

• Monitor bird health, welfare and flock performance across assigned farms.

• Advise farmers on husbandry, brooding, ventilation, nutrition and environmental management.

• Use production data to identify improvements and support agreed targets.

• Partner with veterinary and operational teams on disease prevention and antibiotic reduction.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure company, customer and legal requirements are met.

What you’ll bring

• Experience in poultry production and a strong understanding of animal welfare.

• A relevant HND, diploma or degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Poultry Science or a related field.

• Strong communication, relationship-building and practical problem-solving skills.

• Confidence interpreting production data and managing accurate records.

• A full clean driving licence and flexibility to travel regularly.
