Manor Farm is Ireland’s leading poultry producer based in Shercock, Co. Cavan. We are currently hiring for permanent weekend night shift cleaning roles within our busy food production facility.

The Role

We are looking for reliable Hygiene Operatives / Cleaners to join our night shift cleaning team on weekends. In this role, you will clean and sanitise production and packing areas to a high standard, helping to maintain food safety, hygiene, and compliance across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out nightly cleaning and sanitising of production and packing areas.

• Use cleaning equipment and approved cleaning chemicals safely and correctly.

• Complete cleaning records, hygiene checks, and checklists accurately.

• Follow all health and safety, food safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Work as part of the hygiene team to keep the factory clean, safe, and ready for production.

About You

• Previous experience as a cleaner, cleaning operative, hygiene operative, or sanitation operative would be an advantage.

• Experience in food manufacturing, production, factory cleaning, or industrial cleaning is desirable but not essential.

• A good standard of English is essential.

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work well as part of a team.

• Good attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

• Must be available to work night shifts from 6:00pm - 2:00am on Saturday and Sunday.
