Key Account Manager – Sales & Marketing

Manor Farm is hiring a commercially focused Key Account Manager to manage key retail accounts and drive profitable growth.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of Sales, you will manage and develop key retail customer accounts, delivering commercial plans that support volume, sales and profitability growth. Acting as the voice of the customer within the business, you will work closely with teams across NPD, Quality, Production, Finance, Planning and Sales to ensure excellent service, accurate forecasting and strong commercial outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and deliver joint business plans with key retail customers.

• Drive profitable sales growth in line with company strategy and budgets.

• Build trusted relationships with customer buying teams.

• Support successful product launches through coordinated sales and marketing activity.

• Prepare accurate and timely sales forecasts.

• Create promotional plans that improve sales performance and gross profit.

• Identify market trends, customer needs and new commercial opportunities.

• Collaborate with internal teams including NPD, Quality, Production, Finance and Planning.

• Represent the customer internally and support excellent service delivery.

What You’ll Bring

• A third-level business qualification or equivalent relevant experience.

• Significant experience working with supermarket buying teams.

• Strong negotiation, influencing and commercial decision-making skills.

• Excellent customer relationship management and networking ability.

• Strong commercial awareness and the ability to analyse opportunities.

• Clear communication skills and confidence working cross-functionally.

• A high level of integrity, accountability and ownership.
