Manor Farm is seeking an experienced Head of Planning to lead and evolve our end-to-end planning function in a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a pivotal leadership role within our Supply Chain team, responsible for aligning demand, production and supply to deliver exceptional customer service and operational performance.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the full planning cycle across short, medium and long-term horizons

  • Own and drive the S&OP process, ensuring strong cross-functional collaboration

  • Translate demand forecasts into deliverable production and capacity plans

  • Provide clear leadership to the planning team, driving performance and accountability

  • Manage risk, constraints and opportunities using real-time data and insights

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives across planning processes and systems

  • Play a key role in shaping supply chain strategy and long-term capacity planning

What We’re Looking For

  • 12+ years’ experience in FMCG / Supply Chain / Production Planning

  • Proven leadership of planning teams (including managers)

  • High degree of competency in Excel

  • Strong expertise in S&OP and planning systems (SAP, IBP, APO or similar)

  • Highly analytical, data-driven and commercially aware

  • Strong communicator with the ability to influence at all levels

  • A collaborative leader who thrives in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
