Business Support Co-Ordinator
The Business Support Co-ordinator is responsible for providing effective administrative, reporting, and operational support to the wider business support function. You will help to coordinate, monitor, and support the completion of key business support tasks across the team. This includes ensuring activities are completed accurately and on time, maintaining visibility of priorities, and stepping into day-to-day tasks where needed to provide cover and practical support.
Key Responsibilites
Support the day-to-day coordination of customer order processing, helping to ensure orders are completed accurately, prioritised appropriately, and processed on time.
Monitor the completion of stock rotation and wider supply chain support activities, stepping in as required to provide practical support during busy periods, absences, or holidays.
Oversee the preparation of reports, trackers, and key business support documentation, ensuring outputs are accurate, timely, and suitable for operational and management use.
Support the communication of service levels, delivery updates, and relevant business information to customers and internal stakeholders, helping to maintain a professional and responsive service.
Coordinate the management of crates and pallets, including ordering, tracking, reconciliation, and follow-up of related discrepancies, while also providing direct support where needed.
Support export planning activities by liaising with customers, cold stores, and logistics suppliers to help ensure all orders are planned correctly and shipped on time.
Support customs documentation processes and compliance requirements by monitoring task completion, maintaining accuracy, and assisting directly with documentation when required.
Review invoice checks and pricing validations to help ensure billing accuracy, timely follow-up, and resolution of any discrepancies.
Assist with customer queries and issue resolutions, helping to coordinate responses and ensure matters are followed through to completion in a timely manner.
What we're looking for
Experience:
Previous experience in an administrative, co-ordination, or business support role
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
Strong track record of maintaining accurate records, reports, and documentation
Strong understanding of the end-to-end supply chain within an FMCG environment
Technical Knowledge:
Advanced competency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
Ability to work confidently with data, reports, and internal systems
Strong organisational skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
Core Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple tasks effectively
Strong problem-solving ability and a proactive approach to supporting the business
