Business Support Administrator

This is a great opportunity to work at the heart of the business, supporting collaboration across Supply Chain, Operations, and Commercial teams while playing a key role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

What you’ll be doing

• Processing customer orders accurately and on time

• Supporting stock rotation and supply chain activities

• Preparing reports and key business support documentation

• Communicating service levels and updates to customers

• Managing crates and pallets — ordering, tracking, and reconciliation

• Supporting customs documentation and compliance requirements

• Completing invoice and pricing checks

• Assisting with customer queries and issue resolution

• Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives within the team

What we’re looking for

• 1+ year experience in a supply chain, logistics, or business support role

• Experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment (food industry a strong advantage)

• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and meet deadlines

• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills

• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Good IT skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

• Fluent English (written and spoken)
