Learning & Development Manager

Shercock, Co. Cavan

We are seeking an experienced Learning & Development Manager to lead and deliver our L&D strategy, supporting employee capability, performance, and growth across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement L&D strategy aligned to business goals

• Design and deliver engaging training programmes (in‑person & digital)

• Manage mandatory training and ensure compliance

• Lead leadership development and succession planning initiatives

• Oversee LMS, training records, and reporting

• Partner with managers and external providers to coordinate training

About You

• Proven experience in a senior L&D role

• Strong training design, delivery, and stakeholder management skills

• Experience managing LMS and training data

• Excellent communication and organisational skills

• Food industry / FMCG experience would be an advantage

• CIPD qualification (desirable)
