The Role

We are currently recruiting an Operative to work in the Kill and Evis department at Manor Farm. This is a hands-on role working in a fast-paced production environment, supporting safe and efficient processing operations.

Monday: 05:50 – 14:40

Tuesday – Thursday: 05:50 – 14:10

Friday – 05:50 – 13:40

Key Responsibilities

• Working on the production line within the kill and evisceration area (poultry processing).

• Following strict food safety, hygiene and animal welfare procedures.

• Handling and moving products safely and hygienically.

• Using tools and equipment as required (training provided).

• Follow daily production plans, meeting production targets and working as part of a team.

About You

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.

• A good standard of English is essential.

• A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills.

• Good numeracy, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.

• Willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Available for early morning starts.
