Cleaning Operatives

Location: Shercock, County Cavan

We are seeking reliable Cleaning Operatives to join our Facilities team at Manor Farm. The ideal candidate will be proactive, dependable and committed to creating a clean and safe environment for all employees.

This role is responsible for maintaining exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards across washrooms, locker rooms, common areas, corridors, boardrooms, and satellite canteens. Shifts Available:

Full time Days (Mon-Fri): 8:30am-5:30pm

Full time Evenings (Mon-Fri): 5:30pm-1:30am

Part time Weekends: 7:30am-4:30pm

What You’ll Be Doing

• Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness standards across washrooms, corridors, offices and the canteen.

• Respond promptly to spillages, breakages and any other cleaning requests.

• Support Catering staff with set-up.

What You Bring

• Previous cleaning experience is an advantage but not essential

• Strong attention to detail

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication skills

• Reliable, punctual and able to handle physical aspects of the job

• Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemical safety (training provided)
