We’re seeking an experienced Broiler Field Advisor to support farmers across our broiler supply chain, helping drive bird welfare, performance and compliance.  You’ll act as the main link between live operations and farmers, providing technical guidance, monitoring flock performance and supporting continuous improvement on the farm.

Who You Are

• Background in poultry production or agriculture

• Strong knowledge of animal welfare, biosecurity and farm management

• Excellent communicator, proactive and organised

• Confident working with data collection and reporting tools

• Full driving licence and flexibility to travel

• Agricultural / animal science qualification or advisory experience (desirable)

What You’ll Be Doing

• Build strong relationships with farmers and provide day-to-day technical support

• Monitor bird health, welfare and performance metrics

• Support biosecurity, vaccination, ventilation and stockmanship best practice

• Conduct farm audits and ensure compliance with company and welfare standards

• Collect and report on farm data, highlighting risks and improvement opportunities

• Deliver on-farm training and share best practice
