We are seeking a proactive and detail oriented Business Support Administrator to support collaboration across our Supply Chain, Commercial, Operations and shared business support functions.  This role requires flexibility to provide relief cover within the team, including weekends when required.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Process customer orders accurately and within agreed timelines

• Support stock rotation and inventory coordination

• Prepare Business Support reports and documentation

• Communicate service levels with customers and internal teams

• Manage daily ordering, tracking and reconciliation of crates and pallets

• Support customs documentation and compliance requirements

• Carry our invoice and pricing checks

• Provide customer service support and assist with issue resolution

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the team

Who You Are

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Supply Chain or Commercial Support function

• Experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment would be an advantage

• Excellent organisational, communication and multitasking skills

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) and good numeracy skills

• A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to build strong relationships
