The Role

We’re looking for Hygiene Operatives to join our nightshift hygiene team.  You’ll make sure the factory is cleaned safely and thoroughly each night so production can start smoothly every morning.  This role is key in maintaining our high standards of food safety, compliance and operational excellence. 

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out the nightly cleaning of all production and packing areas.

• Ensure all cleaning tasks are completed correctly, safely and on schedule.

• Complete cleaning documentation and checklists.

• Adhere to all health & safety, quality, and company procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line.

About You

• Previous experience in hygiene, cleaning or sanitation would be an advantage

• Previous experience in a food manufacturing or production environment is desirable but not essential.

• A good standard of English is essential.

• A positive, reliable team player with strong communication skills.

• Excellent attention to detail and a willingness to learn and take initiative.

• Must be available to work night shifts (11:00pm-7:00am)
