We’re looking for a proactive and people-focused HR People Partner to help shape a positive, high performing workplace where our teams can thrive.
Who You Are
You bring a people-first approach, strong influencing skills, and the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels. You’re resilient, adaptable, and motivated by creating an exceptional employee experience and shaping a more engaged workplace.
- 5+ years’ experience as a People Partner, HR Business Partner, or similar HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices and Irish employment legislation.
- Confident in managing complex employee relations issues.
- Highly organised, detail-oriented, and solutions focused.
- Able to work independently while contributing strongly within a team.
- Relevant qualification in HR, Business, or a related field.
The Role
In this role, you’ll work closely with managers and employees across the business, supporting everything from recruitment and development to engagement and employee relations. You’ll build strong relationships, solve people challenges and champion a culture where colleagues feel supported, valued and motivated. This is a fast-paced, collaborative HR team where you will get to make a real and visible impact every day by:
- Partnering with managers on day-to-day people matters including attendance, performance and employee relations.
- Coaching and guiding managers on performance management, engagement and development conversations.
- Managing employee relations cases with fairness, consistency, and timely resolution.
- Supporting the deliver of HR initiatives and projects aligned to business goals.
- Providing accurate HR data, insights and reporting to inform decision making.
- Maintaining up to date, user friendly HR policies and procedures and acting as a trusted advisor, encouraging best practice in people management.
