Who You Are

We’re looking for a Production Systems Manager to drive continuous improvement and elevate our operations to the next level. If you're passionate about Lean, Six Sigma, and delivering measurable results, this is your opportunity to lead change in a fast-moving production environment. You’re a natural problem solver and motivator who:

• Has 3-5 years’ experience in an FMCG engineering environment, ideally with supervisory responsibility.
• Holds a recognised trade qualification in electrical or mechanical engineering; a degree or higher qualification is a plus.
• Leads with confidence and empathy, balancing team motivation with operational excellence.
• Thrives on continuous improvement and embraces Lean thinking and problem-solving tools.
• Communicates clearly and collaborates cross-functionally to achieve shared goals.
• Is proactive, adaptable and able to lead during shift work including evenings and weekends.

The Role

• Lead efficiency, waste reduction, and cost-optimisation projects.
• Develop and track KPIs for performance, quality, and safety.
• Work with cross-functional teams to implement Lean and Six Sigma improvements.
• Drive change management and foster a culture of operational excellence.
• Coach and support teams on Lean tools and CI initiatives.
• Boost equipment performance through process and reliability improvements.
