General Operative – Join Our Production Team!

Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced food production environment?

As a General Operative, you’ll play an important role in keeping our production lines running smoothly. You’ll help to produce high quality products, maintain a clean and safe workspace, and support continuous improvement across the line. Full training is provided, with opportunities to learn, grow and develop your skills.

What You’ll Do

• Operate and set up production line equipment (butchery, packing, weighing, labelling).
• Follow daily production plans and report any issues or delays.
• Maintain high standards of product quality, hygiene and safety.

What We’re Looking For

• Experience in a food manufacturing environment (preferred, but not essential).
• Good standard of English is essential.
• Strong team player with a positive attitude and good communication skills.
• Good numeracy, organisation and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and work on your own initiative.
• Flexibility to work various shift patterns.
