The Job

We’re looking for a Weekend Shift Supervisor to take charge of the MCPH operation during weekends. You’ll be the one making sure everything runs smoothly – production is on track, targets are hit, and standards stay high.

Working 2 x 10 hour shifts, this is a hands-on role where you’ll be leading a team, solving problems, and keeping things moving. If you enjoy working with people, staying organised, and pushing for improvements, this is a great opportunity.

What You’ll Do

Performance

• Keep production on schedule
• Make sure the team is working safely and efficiently
• Support maintenance so machines keep running
• Cut downtime and hit performance targets

Quality

• Keep the workplace clean and safe to the highest standards
• Support inspections and fix any issues quickly
• Look for ways to improve quality every day
• Keep customers happy with top-quality products

Cost

• Manage staff levels and overtime
• Help reduce costs while keeping standards high
• Make sure resources are used wisely

Compliance

• Follow all company policies and safety rules
• Stay on top of reporting and paperwork
• Spot risks early and deal with them

People

• Lead, support, and motivate your weekend team
• Give feedback and deal with issues quickly and fairly
• Manage attendance, accidents, and performance
• Build a positive and respectful team culture

What You’ll Need

• 3+ years’ experience in food production or FMCG (essential)
• Previous supervisor or management experience (a plus, but not required)
• Poultry industry experience (a plus, but not required)
• Good communication and people skills
• Comfortable with computers (Word & Excel)
• Organised, decisive, and able to get things done
