The Kill and Evisceration area forms a crucial stage in our production operations, handling a significant volume of product and requiring a dedicated portion of our production workforce. It's a critical and demanding unit at the heart of our initial processing

Who You Are

You’re an experienced leader with a passion for people, product, and performance. With a background in FMCG or food manufacturing, you know what excellence looks like – in operations, in quality, and in how a high-performing team behaves. You're decisive, customer-focused, and deeply committed to health, safety, and compliance. You're someone who:

Experience

•3+ years’ experience in FMCG Industry.

•Management Experience is essential

•Experience in the Food Operations sector.

•Experience in a poultry process industry (desirable).

•Excellent communication and interpersonal Skills.

•Ability to apply lean principles in practical application.

The Role

As Shift Manager for the Kill and Evisceration area, you will be accountable for leading and optimising every aspect of this critical production area – from line performance and team leadership to quality standards, cost management, and compliance.

Flexibility across weekends/day/evening/shifts will be essential to ensure strong alignment and leadership presence across operations.
